Why is a course I registered for not showing up in MY COURSES?
Courses you own will show up only after you've opened the file. The first time you access the course, do so by clicking "Details" and open one of the files. After that, you can find it in My Courses, or Courses You Own.
Why is the recording time shorter than the time the live event was scheduled for?
All recordings are edited, which often results in the watch time being shorter than the live event as breaks and extraneous time such as waiting for slides to load, etc, have been removed.
