Tip for Using the Learning Center:
To View All Courses: Click on "ALL COURSES": in the top navigation bar.
- Use the SORT BY drop down menu near the top of the page to alphabetize the courses displayed.
- Use the FILTER BY drop down menu to refine the courses displayed.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS- How do I register for the courses listed?
- Click on the REGISTER link shown in the Course Details. You will be taken to a registration form, where you can input your information and make payment.
- How can I become a member of BCTA/NA to receive member pricing and access to members-only offerings?

- Why is a course I registered for not showing up in MY COURSES?
- Courses you own will show up only after you've opened the file. The first time you access the course, do so by clicking "Details" and open one of the files. After that, you can find it in My Courses, or Courses You Own.
- Why is the recording time shorter than the time the live event was scheduled for?
- All recordings are edited, which often results in the watch time being shorter than the live event as breaks and extraneous time such as waiting for slides to load, etc, have been removed.
- I registered for a course and am not able to open the course video/materials. How can I get access?
- Please follow these steps to access your course:
1) Log in to the Learning Center using the email and password you used to register for the course
2) Find your course and click on "DETAILS" to get to the course page.
3) Scroll down to find links to the course video and any handouts on course page.
4) Remember: The course will not show up in "Courses You Own" until after you have opened a course video for the first time.
- I logged in and still cannot access the materials for a course I purchased. What should I do?
- One or more of the following may resolve this for you:
- Restart you computer
- Log out of the Learning Center, then log back in
- Clear your browser cache and/or delete the cookie for bcta.mclms.net. (You can usually find this option in your browser preferences under privacy/security.
